We collect minimal information, only as needed to make the app work:

a. Access Code

• When you enter an access code, we verify it with our backend (Supabase) to determine your role (attendee or admin).

• The code and role are stored locally on your device for the duration of the retreat weekend.

• This data is not shared with third parties and is not personally identifiable.

b. Push Notifications

• If you allow push notifications, we store a device token to send you relevant updates (e.g., schedule changes or announcements).

• This token is anonymous and only used for notification purposes.

 

 

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Grant you access to retreat content based on your role

• Display relevant schedules and links

• Send notifications during the retreat

• Allow admins to manage the retreat schedule and communication

We do not:

• Track you across apps or websites

• Collect personal identifiers

• Sell or share your data with third parties

 

 

3. Data Storage and Security

All retreat data (schedules, links, notifications) is stored securely in Supabase.
Access codes and device tokens are stored securely in the database. Your session (role and access code) is stored locally on your device only.

 

 

4. Analytics

This app does not use analytics or tracking tools. No usage behavior is collected, and no personally identifiable data is logged.

 

 

5. Children’s Privacy

The Family Retreat App is intended for use by families, including children, under adult supervision. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

 

 

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as needed to reflect technical or legal changes. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
